You can purchase AveloFlex to avoid cancellation fees and penalties when you cancel your flight reservation up to 15 minutes before departure time.
Ø The AveloFlex feature allows passengers to change/cancel their flight booking up to 15 minutes before departure time at no cost.
Ø If you have a non-refundable Avelo Airlines Flight ticket, you may have to pay the applicable cancellation fees, penalties, and other applicable charges, as detailed herein. For the remainder of the reservation amount, you will receive Fight Credit into your Avelo Travel Funds account.
o When the departure date is more than 60 days away, you do not have to pay any fees.
o You are liable to pay 25% of the reservation amount for flight cancellations made between 8 Days and 60 days from the flight departure date.
