- All Breeze Airways flight tickets are non-refundable, although you can opt for the fully refundable add-on option to be eligible for a full refund in cases of flight cancellations.
- If you cancel your entire reservation within 24 hours of making the booking and your flight is at least 7 days away, you are eligible for a full refund.
- In cases of flight cancellations, you can avail Flight Credit up to the reservation amount, which will be added to your Breeze Airways Rewards Account, if eligible.
- The Flight Credit deposited into your Breeze Airways Rewards Account is valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking.
- Passengers booked on No Flex fares can avail a partial Flight Credit, which depends on the date of cancellation.
- In case you do not board your flight or cancel your reservation within 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure time, you will forfeit all your funds.
- If you are eligible for a refund, the airline takes 7 working days to process your refund request. The refund amount will show in your bank account within 7 days of raising the refund request.
- Flight Credits take up to 24 hours to show in your Breeze Rewards account after canceling your flight.
- After you complete the flight cancellation process, you will receive a confirmation mail about your flight cancellation within 24 hours of doing so.

You can cancel your Breeze Airways flight reservation offline by contacting the airline’s Guest Empowerment Team. Start by browsing the “Contact Us” page and then tapping the “Contact Us Now” option.
On the next page, you must share your contact details so the airline representatives can assist you.
