o If you change/cancel your flight when the flight date is between 8 days and 60 days from scheduled departure, you have to forfeit 25% of the reservation value.
o If you change/cancel your flight when the flight date is between 7 days and 24 hours from scheduled departure, you have to forfeit 50% of the reservation value.
o If you change/cancel your flight when the flight date is between 15 minutes and 24 hours from scheduled departure, you have to forfeit 75% of the reservation value.
Ø Avelo Airlines provides full refunds to the original payment method when the flyer raises a request to cancel their flight reservation within 24 hours of confirming the booking, as long as the flight date is at least 7 days away.
Ø Avelo Airlines credits the passenger’s Avelo Travel Funds account for canceled reservations. AveloFlex travelers can avail the full reservation value while non-Avelo-Flex ticket holders receive the funds in their account after the deduction of the applicable fees and penalties.
Ø Avelo Airlines does not entertain requests for flight changes/cancellations made within 15 minutes of flight takeoff. The passenger has to forfeit all flight-related charges if they change/cancel their flight during that time frame.
Ø There may be times when Avelo Airlines reschedules/cancels flights during emergencies and natural disasters. During such times, the airline makes alternative arrangements to take the passengers to their original destination.
