• Passengers with a Nice, Nicer, or Nicest Bundle flight ticket are eligible for Flight Credit in cases of flight changes. It will be added to your Breeze Flight Account which is created at the time of the booking process.
• Flight changes should be made more than an hour before the scheduled flight time to avoid forfeiture of funds.
• Flight changes require travelers to pay the fare difference at the time of the new booking.
• Flyers have to log in to their Breeze Rewards account to make any flight changes.

No Flex Fare

• Passengers with a No Flex Fare ticket are not allowed to make voluntary changes to their reservation. They can initiate full reservation cancellations more than one hour before the flight departure time.
• In cases of flight changes, you are eligible for a partial Flight Credit, which is added to your Breeze Rewards Account.
• If your flight is 60 days or more away, you can avail 100% of the reservation amount as flight credit.
• If your flight is 16 to 60 days away, you will receive 50% of the reservation amount as flight credit.
• If your flight is 1 hour to 15 days away, you will get 25% of the reservation amount as flight credit.
• If you cancel within 1 hour before flight departure, you are not eligible for any flight credit.
